Rules for using Beepho

Using Beepho means you accept these terms, the privacy policy, the copyright notice, and the refund policy. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

You should be old enough to form a contract, or have a guardian’s permission. When you prepare an ID photo for someone else, especially a child, you need the right to handle that photo.

Beepho sets photo size in millimetres, crops, adjusts color, and lays one or more photos onto A4 or other paper so you can download PNG, JPEG, or PDF, or print. ID templates and assistive checks are included.

Beepho Pro, while a subscription is active, runs portrait segmentation and white, blue, or red backgrounds in the browser. Cloud retouching, beauty filters, wardrobe changes, and official biometric certification are not part of the service.

Editing, sizing, automatic or manual layout, download, and print are free and do not require an account. Free does not mean a school, exam body, visa center, or government desk must accept the print.

We may change how free tools are organized. Basic layout and export will not be moved behind a paywall.

Price, currency, and billing period are whatever the Creem checkout shows. Before subscriptions open, the pricing page says so, and no charge should occur.

Membership follows the provider account you used to sign in. Google and Apple are not merged. Use the same provider when you change devices.

Background replacement runs locally. Hair, glasses, busy backgrounds, and soft focus can leave a bad edge. Retake the photo rather than submitting a failed result.

Resolution, crop, and face-position hints are assistive. They do not replace the equipment or staff of a police, visa, exam, school, or other receiving office.

A pass mark only means the photo met the numeric checks we list. Acceptance is decided by the office’s own rules.

Layout uses the millimetres, paper, and margins you select. Fit-to-page, shrink-to-paper, or the wrong paper size in the system dialog will change the output. Choose actual size or 100% before printing.

Home printers differ. Measure one print before you submit a stack.

Use the tool for your own photos and for family photos you are allowed to handle. You keep the rights in those photos and you are responsible for the files you export.

Do not forge identity documents, misuse someone else’s portrait, attack the site, or abuse the payment webhook. We may suspend subscription access when we see abuse.

An account is optional for free features. You must be allowed to use the Google or Apple identity you sign in with. Do not sell or share the account.

You can sign out at any time. To delete the membership id, email [email protected]. Deletion does not by itself refund a charge. Refunds follow the refund policy and Creem.

The service is provided as it is available. We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or identical pixels on every printer and browser.

You bear the result if an office rejects a photo, a printer shifts the sheet, you edit an export elsewhere, or you share a photo outside the browser. These terms do not remove consumer rights that the law keeps in place.

We post changes on this page and change the date above. A material, unfavorable change to billing will be described on the pricing page or at checkout before the next period. Continuing to use Beepho accepts the current terms.
