Cancel any time, and ask for a refund within 14 days

Sizing, cropping, color, layout, download, and print cost nothing. There is no order and no refund. If the pricing page has no checkout button, subscriptions are not open and you should not be charged.

You can cancel at any time so the next period does not renew. Beepho Pro background replacement stays available until the period you already paid for ends. After that, the account returns to the free plan. Files you downloaded stay with you.

Use the customer page Creem provides, or the link on the Beepho account page when it is shown. Cancellation alone is not a refund.

Within 14 days of the first successful charge for a subscription, you may ask for that charge back. Email [email protected] with the sign-in email, the approximate charge date, and the receipt id from Creem. We reply within two business days.

Each charge has its own 14-day window. A later upgrade is counted from the receipt for that transaction.

Later automatic renewals do not automatically receive the same 14-day promise as the first purchase. If you were charged after you cancelled, send the receipt and we will help check it with Creem.

We may decline a first-charge request made after 14 days, a request we cannot match to a receipt, or use that breaks the terms. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where the law requires them.

Beepho does not store your card number. After a refund is approved, Creem returns it on the original payment path. Banks decide the posting date. This page cannot promise the hour the money appears.

When the refund completes, the subscription is marked ended or returned and background replacement stops. Free layout remains available.
