Privacy
Your photos stay in your browser
Updated 16 October 2026
Beepho (蜜蜂图印) explains what this website processes, what it does not, and how to reach [email protected].
What this policy covers
This policy applies to the Beepho website, the studio, and the sign-in and Beepho Pro subscription when those are available. It does not cover your printer driver, operating system, or browser vendor.
Sizing, cropping, color, layout, download, and print run on your device. Creating an account or buying a subscription also accepts the account and payment sections below.
Who we are
Beepho (蜜蜂图印) is a photo sizing and paper layout tool for home printers. Identity and payout details stay in the payment provider account where Creem requires them.
Privacy questions and data requests go to [email protected]. We reply within two business days.
Photos and image processing
Face checks, cropping, color, sheet layout, and in-browser background replacement for white, blue, and red run in your browser. Originals, results, and exported PNG, JPEG, or PDF files are not uploaded to Beepho servers because of those steps.
Face detection and segmentation use MediaPipe models that run locally. Quality depends on sharpness, light, background, and how many people are in the frame. When an edge is unreliable, the studio asks you to retake the photo instead of sending it to a cloud editor.
After you download a file or send it to your own printer, that copy is yours to keep. We cannot see your print queue or delete files already saved on your device.
Accounts and sign-in
Free layout and export do not need an account. If you sign in so Beepho Pro can follow you, Google or Apple provides the name, email, and account id required for that login.
Membership is stored as provider plus provider account id. Google and Apple logins are not merged automatically. The session lives in an encrypted cookie. You can sign out from the account page.
Until login is fully configured, the site stays usable without asking for an email.
Subscriptions and payment
Creem processes Beepho Pro payments. Beepho does not receive or store your card number, full payment account, or payment password. We store subscription status, subscription id, period end, and webhook event ids so the studio knows whether background replacement is available.
Those records sit in our database next to your sign-in id. The database does not store guest photos or anonymous edits.
Data kept in the browser
The studio may keep the current photo in browser storage so an ID crop can continue into a sheet layout. That stash is for one workflow on your device, not a cloud album. Clearing site data removes it.
A cookie remembers the language you choose. A signed-in session uses the cookies required to stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or sell photos to data brokers.
What we do not collect
With the current product we do not keep a cloud album, train models on your photos, build ad profiles, or ask for a phone number or national ID in order to print.
ID-photo checks stay in the browser. Results are not sent back to the server and are not an official acceptance decision.
How long data stays
When you are signed out, photos exist only in the browser session and in downloads you choose to keep.
Membership records last through the subscription and for a reasonable period afterward so payment notices can be matched. Email [email protected] to ask whether an account id is still stored or to request deletion. Transaction records held by Creem follow Creem’s own retention rules.
Children
Beepho is not a social product for children. A parent may layout a child’s enrollment photo on their own device. Those pixels stay on that device.
We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe we have a child’s sign-in record, email [email protected] and we will delete the account id and membership row.
Changes
When the product changes, we update the date at the top of this page. If cloud retouching is offered later, the studio will ask before any upload and this policy will state retention, region, and deletion. That expansion will not happen silently.
Continuing to use the site means you are reading the current policy. Signed-in users will see a notice on the account page if account handling changes in a material way.
